Masonic Village Eligibility & Availability

The Masonic Village Estates are open to any qualifying person over the age of 60. A unit may be occupied by up to two people who have both signed a Residency Agreement. Small pets are allowed with prior approval and payment of a refundable security deposit.

A person living in the Masonic Village Estates will be:

• able to perform own housekeeping or arrange for housekeeping services
  
• able to prepare own meals or arrange for assistance
• generally able to deal appropriately with other people, stress, and emotions
  
• able to maintain safety in own home
  
• able to activate the emergency call system if necessary

MVE Availability & Waiting List

There is currently a waiting list for residency in the Masonic Village Estates. Prospective residents are encouraged to complete an application, identify a preference for the type of unit they prefer, and be placed on the list for future consideration. When a unit becomes available, those on the list for that type of unit are contacted according to the date their application was received or the last time they declined a unit, whichever date is most recent. Prospective residents may decline residency up to three times before being removed from the waiting list.
