Level Two
• All services included in Level One
• Medication management
• Assistance with incontinence
• Occasional wheelchair transportation to onsite appointments
• Occasional assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Level Three
• All services included in Level One and level Two
• Daily bed-making and room maintenance
• Routine reminders for meals, medications, and appointments
• Routine assistance with Activities of Daily Living
Level Four (Dementia Care Services)
• All services covered in the Level One, Two, and Three
• Residency in a secured unit
• Activity programming suited for residents with Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of dementia
• Specialized care provided by staff trained to serve residents with dementia-related needs
