Respiratory Therapy Program Manager

Masonic Pathways is accepting applications for the Respiratory Therapy Program Manager. The Respiratory Therapy Program Manager provides support in implementing and maintaining the respiratory-related components of the Transitional Care and Ventilator Care Programs.

To be considered for this position the applicant is required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Care/Emergency Care/Ventilator management. Candidate is also required to be Registered Respiratory Therapist and graduate of accredited Respiratory Therapy Program with Associates Degree. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Major duties and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Participates in ongoing collaboration and communication, utilizing shared goal setting and decision making with physicians, associate providers, department staff, multidisciplinary team members, patients and families.
  • Provides direct and indirect patient care in the appropriate setting across the continuum of care.
  • Communicates with nurses and physicians about changes in patient’s conditions and results of diagnostic studies.
  • Actively participates in and supports regular multidisciplinary team rounds on ventilator, tracheostomy, and other respiratory and Transitional Care patients.
  • Provides respiratory leadership and representation in team planning related to patient admissions/discharges and team meetings.
  • Provides direction and leadership for the Transitional Care and Ventilator Programs with emphasis on non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy and ventilator patients, to include standardization of protocols, equipment and education.
  • Manages the Transitional Care and Ventilator Department’s staffing schedule to maintain adequate coverage for program needs.
  • Oversees and collaborates with Allevant Solutions staff to provide education in ventilator management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, tracheostomy tube changes, ventilator weaning, and patient care planning.
  • Expected to be an integral part of multidisciplinary rounds, and participate in after-hours call as Transitional and Ventilator patient programs grow.

Admissions & Live Better At Home Sales Associate

Masonic Pathways is seeking an Admissions & Live Better At Home Sales Associate.  The primary function is the professional coordinating and generating of new business in both existing and new referral sources for Masonic Pathways Continuing Care Retirement Community and Live Better At Home. This position involves daily interaction and coordination of communication with prospective patients, medical professionals, legal community, and providers of senior services and technology with a goal to achieve and maintain optimum occupancy or volume of customers.  The Sales Associate will operate in a manner that maintains accountability and is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Masonic Pathways and Live Better At Home. A Bachelor’s Degree preferred in health administration, nursing, business, or marketing, with a minimum of three years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

RN & LPN Unit Nurses:


Masonic Pathways is seeking RN’s & LPN’s for 12 hour AM and PM shifts. Positions are available in our Long Term Care, and Memory Care. We offer competitive wages and excellent benefits. Unit nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to medical record documentation, provide care according to individual resident care plans, and monitoring CNA personnel on the assigned unit. six months to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in long term care preferred.


Contingent External Transporter

We are seeking a Contingent External Transporter for our Transportation department to provide transportation for our residents outside of Masonic Pathways. They will work on an as needed basis for various shifts. Specific duties include but are not limited to transporting residents to and from daily external appointments and activity trips at various locations by bus and maintaining the interior of the vehicle. A current CDL group C with Passenger endorsement and/or Chauffeur license is required. Wages is based on experience range from $9.64-$11.73 hourly.


CNA's

We are currently seeking full and part time day/afternoon CNA's for our Nursing Care Units. Full time benefits include BC/BS, Delta Dental, and Vision insurance.  We pay for experience ranging from $11.45 - $13.86 per hour.



Temporary Ground Keeper

Masonic Pathways is accepting applications for a Temporary Ground Keeper.  The Ground Keeper maintains and cares for the Masonic Home grounds and parking lots. Minimum requirements are High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
