Executive Assistant to C.E.O.

Masonic Pathways has an exciting and rewarding opportunity within our progressive and growing, not-for-profit service organization.  We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the C.E.O.  The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with high-level support experience, proven integrity, professionalism and organizational loyalty. 

A qualified candidate will have a minimum of two years of successful experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant.  Candidates possessing an Associate Degree in an executive support, health or business administration field preferred.  Please submit your resume detailing professional experience by February 19th.


 Social Services Manager

Masonic Pathways is seeking a full time Social Services Manager to lead and manage the Social Services program in our 204 bed SNF consisting of Long Term Wellness, Specialized Memory Care, Short Term Rehabilitation and Assisted Breathing Unit.  The ideal candidate must maintain a strong knowledge base of long term care regulations and understand the impact of medical illnesses on behaviors.  The Social Services Manager is responsible for the maintenance of Social Work professional standards within the departments and for appropriate cover of the Social Services department. Strong leadership qualities are also required with the ability to provide constructive input to Interdisciplinary Teams in order to meet resident and family psychosocial needs.

Masonic Pathways offers a rewarding work environment and a professional team approach towards person-centered care. 

A Bachelor’s of Social Work degree and leadership experience in a long term care setting is preferred.   A state of Michigan Social Workers Registration is preferred.
