Part time Midnight position available on our Assisted Breathing Unit. Afternoon hours 2pm-10pm, Midnight hours 10pm-6am. Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday. $11.23- $13.15/hour based on previous experience.
LPNs - Part time Afternoon and full time Midnight positions available on our Long Term Care Unit . Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
RNs- Full time 12 hour Midnight position available on our Long Term Care Wellness Unit and full time afternoon position on our Memory Care Unit . Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday.
Admissions Coordinator - We are looking for an outstanding Internal Marketing Associate for our Continuing Care Retirement Community campus. The desired candidate must have experience in sales and/or marketing in a health care or CCRC setting. Case management and admissions experience is also preferred. Primary responsibilities include the admission process, maintaining census, referral inquiries, data entry, tours, and communication with influencers. The Admissions Coordinator will work closely with the External Marketing Associate. The candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources, patients, families, and the medical community. This is a fast paced position in a competitive market place.
Senior Director of Facility Services - Masonic Pathways is seeking an experienced, skilled and motivated individual for this essential position . Pathways 384,000+ square feet Continuous Care Retirement Community is located on over 90 acres of landscaped grounds serving over 400 residents in Home for the Aged, Skilled Nursing Facility, independent condominium living and an Assisted Breathing Unit. The successful candidate will manage a team to oversee plant operations, facility and grounds maintenance and act as the liaison with vendors and contractors. The Director will also be responsible for coordination of construction projects including capital budget requests, creating and evaluating RFPs for recommendation to the executive team, and oversight of approved projects to successful completion. Maintenance management experience in a hospital or multi-facility healthcare setting, an engineering background, and a Bachelor’s Degree are required. Candidates must be familiar with all JCAHO standards in utilities and life safety management programs, along with federal, state and local codes.
